Membership in the VIP Membership Program (the "Program") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below (the "Terms and Conditions"). By signing up for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
The Program is offered by HOUSE OF IKIGAI (the "Company") and is available to individuals aged 18 and over. The Program is not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom it was issued.
Membership entitles members 50% off Botulinum Toxin Treatment, Skin Boosters Profhilo and Belotero Revive AND a quarterly Rejuv Facial worth £80 RRP.
Joining fee of £50 for admin.
Membership in the Program is £50 per month. Payment for membership must be made by Go Cardless and will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. If payment is not successfully processed, the Company reserves the right to terminate your membership.
Rejuv Facial can be claimed quarterly and do not accrue if not claimed for another quarterly.
As a member of the Program, you will receive a 50% off Botulinum Toxin Treatment, Skin Boosters Profhilo and Belotero Revive , at the Company's locations. This preferential price does not combine with any other offer, package or promotion and is only valid for treatments performed by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to alter the terms of the Program or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen membership cards. If you need a replacement card, a fee of £50 will be charged.
The Company reserves the right to change the prices and services offered in the Program at any time.
The Program is will be subject to your suitability, as health, safety and your interests will always remain priority.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
