How Does Profhilo® Work?

Ultra-pure hyaluronic acid is precisely injected into the area being treated. Profhilo® stimulates collagen and elastin, attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin.

As a stabilised product, the activity on dermal cells will last longer than that of a non-stabilised gel. During this time the stimulation of four different types of collagen and elastin takes place by slow release of hyaluronic acid.

The stimulation results in significant tissue improvement. Profhilo® has a significant tightening and lifting effect on the tissue.

What is PROFHILO® ?

Unique characteristics of the product are: natural HA with a duration comparable to a low cross-linked gel, high HA concentration (64mg/2ml), high manageability, extensive spreadability, low viscosity, no BDDE or other chemical agents, and low inflammatory response.

Can be used safely in all skin types and colour, on Black, Asian or darker skin types.

As a chemical bio revitalisation treatment, it is ideal leading up to special occasions as it has minimal social downtime of uptown 36 hours.

The treatment results in a lifting effect and gives the skin its suppleness and tightness.

Ideal for Crepey Skin :

Crepey skin is thin and looks finely wrinkled like crepe paper. It may also sag or feel loose. While crepey skin is similar to common wrinkles in many ways, the condition tends to impact larger areas, and this skin feels noticeably more fragile and thin. Crepey skin is most common under in the neck, hands, upper arms and chest areas.
