House of Ikigai are delighted to offer you a Payment Plan enabling you to spread the cost of treatments across easy weekly Direct Debit. 

Terms & Conditions

1.0 This Service is only available to existing House of Ikigai clients only. You must have at least one consultation and treatment with us before registering your interest in this plan. Funds will be returned minus the House of Ikigai admin fee of £25 if you sign up without having at least one consultation and treatment. 

2.0 Traditional Treatment Plan £20 per week for 10 weeks. Our traditional treatment plan is a very simple pre-payment plan via direct debit scheme. You pay £20 per week for 10 weeks. Once your 20-week plan has completed book in for an appointment. At the end of this plan the balance of £200 will be applied to your treatment. 

2.1 Traditional Treatment Plan £30 per week for 10 weeks. Our traditional treatment plan is a very simple pre-payment plan via direct debit scheme. You pay £30 per week for 10 weeks. Once your 10-week plan has completed book in for an appointment. At the end of this plan the balance of £300 will be applied to your treatment. 

2.2 Continuous Subscription Plan. £20 every week indefinitely. This plan was created for clients that wish to maintain their results. You pay £20 per week until further notice. You must cancel or notify use that you wish you cancel this plan otherwise it will continue until further notice. 

2.3 Note: The Direct Debit does not continue past the date advised on the GoCardless Setup page unless you have selected the Continuous Payment Plan, £20 every week indefinitely. You will get confirmations via email also. 

3.0 If you wish to start a new Payment Plan please read the terms & conditions and click a link below to set up a new plan. 

4.0 The plan is fixed but if you choose to have another treatment we can accommodate this easily but these must be paid on the day. Please do not ask for credit/Tick/IOU as we don’t want to be embarrassed to say NO. 

5.0 There are no tie-ins, no lock-in periods or small print. If we increase our prices we will give you 30 days’ notice to cancel your plan with no admin charge. You can cancel at any time but we are sure you will not want to. An admin fee of £25 will be deducted from the remaining balance if funds are to be returned. This is a business admin fee and not a Bank Charge and is non-negotiable. The Direct Debit will show as GoCardless on your bank account. You should be aware that your plan with House of Ikigai is not a bank account or equivalent and that any pre-payments made to House of Ikigai are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. 

6.0 By accepting this plan you are agreeing to GoCardless Website Terms of Use. GoCardless uses personal data as described in their Privacy Notice. They use analytics cookies. 

7.0 Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
